Through personal and emotional testimony, Under the Soil takes a look at the current mental health crisis facing U.K. Agriculture. Through the course of the documentary, we hear the stories of three individuals, all of whom have had struggles with mental health.

The film also includes information from the leading agricultural charity, the Farming Community Network (FCN) as well as the National Farmers Union (NFU). Presenting an educational but also heart felt story, exploring how ignoring the current crisis facing farming can lead to tragic consequences, and how these individuals are trying to change it.
